Not that simple. Content writers and designers need to restrain content illegal reproduction (eg piracy) so that they can live from their content. It's a question of balance. Right now, fighting illegal reproduction is not too difficult for big corporations. For small ones, it's much more difficult.
The fundamental question if we want to protect the content designers/writers and balance this with Internet neutrality is this one : can we accept an internationally, transparently negociated regulation of the Internet ? Hem ...
